Così come in un cruciverba, nel sistema sociale tutto deve essere definito, ordinato e localizzato, creando uno schema chiuso basato su definizioni e regole. Quello che più spaventa è la casella nera, l’intervallo di conoscenza che intercorre tra una parola e l’altra, un buco nero non ancora definito che a molti fa paura. Osservando il cruciverba si nota che questi intervalli formano la parola UNTOLD, che rievoca tutte quelle storie non raccontate di coloro che hanno viaggiato e lottato per arrivare e vivere in quel quartiere popolare. Le parole all’interno del cruciverba appartengono a 29 lingue diverse e la maggior parte sono inerenti alla tematica dell’inclusione sociale e dell’immigrazione.
